2. Data Collected

We only collect data you voluntarily provide:

  • Email address (waitlist signup, contact, Instagram DM)
  • First name / last name (contact form)
  • Instagram username (if you contact us via DM)
  • Qualification answers (segment, business maturity)
  • Anonymized browsing data (analytics)

3. Purposes

  • Respond to your messages and requests
  • Send you the free resources you requested
  • Register you on the founders waitlist (with your consent)
  • Personalize your experience on our platform
  • Improve our services

4. Instagram Messages (DM)

If you send us a private message on Instagram, our automated system responds with free resources and qualification questions.

  • We only respond within the 24h window after your last message
  • No unsolicited messages are sent
  • You can stop the conversation at any time by writing "stop"
  • Your Instagram username is stored securely and never shared

5. Legal Basis (Article 6 GDPR)

  • Consent — waitlist signup, newsletter, lead magnets, analytics cookies
  • Contract performance — management of your Solo360/Business360 subscription
  • Legitimate interest — service improvement, site security

6. Sub-processors and Data Sharing

Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Our sub-processors:

  • Vercel — website hosting (EU/US, standard contractual clauses)
  • Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS certified, does not store your bank data on our end)
  • Google Analytics — anonymized analytics (anonymized IP, loaded only after cookie consent)
  • Meta Pixel — audience measurement and ad optimization (loaded only after cookie consent)
  • Google Calendar — appointment booking (name, email)
  • Meta (Instagram) — receiving and sending DM messages
  • Cloudflare — anti-spam protection (Turnstile CAPTCHA)
  • Our secure server — CRM data storage (hosted in Germany)

7. Retention

Retention periods:

  • Active accounts — retained while the account is active
  • Inactive accounts — deleted after 24 months of inactivity
  • Waitlist / newsletter — retained until unsubscription
  • Contact data — 12 months after last exchange
  • Payment data — retained by Stripe per their legal obligations
  • Analytics cookies — 14 months maximum

You can request deletion at any time.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access your data

9. Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of all your personal data by sending an email to contact@entrepreneurs-360.com with the subject "Delete my data". We will process your request within 30 days.

10. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • e360_cookie_consent (localStorage) — remembers your cookie consent choice
  • e360_token, e360_refresh — authentication (httpOnly, not accessible by JavaScript)
  • e360_ref — referral tracking (30 days)
  • _ga, _gid (Google Analytics) — anonymized analytics, loaded only after your consent. Duration: 14 months max. IP anonymized.
  • _fbp (Meta Pixel) — audience measurement and ad optimization, loaded only after your consent. Duration: 90 days.

Analytics and advertising cookies are only loaded after your explicit consent. You can change your choice by clearing your browsing data or contacting us.
